Great Customer Service

My dog’s trimmer stopped charging after a year so I reached out to the company via their website (not Amazon) for troubleshooting. Sue was extremely helpful and prompt with her replies. There was an issue with the battery so a replacement was shipped and received within a few days. I commend Sue for her excellent service and the company for standing by their products and warranty.

Helpful in grooming my doodle

I generally don’t use a guide but skim along. It’s nice having that mountain of hair collected as we go. She’s not crazy of the vacuum noise but we get through it. My little dog loves it. She comes over just to get vacuumed. 😂.

Really great little trimmer for eye corners and feet!

I love this little trimmer! It went almost a full year before the blade became dull and not usable. It’s so easy to hold and perfect for the corners, paw pads, ears!
